§ 104440

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 1996.

Local lead agencies shall be ineligible for awards under the competitive grants program, unless the local lead agency is participant within a consortium of community-based organizations or nonprofit organizations.
