§ 118300

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.

Any leak or spill of a medical waste by a medical waste generator, hazardous waste hauler, or treatment facility shall be decontaminated by procedures adopted by the department.
