§ 108260

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.

The alteration, mutilation, destruction, obliteration, or removal of the whole or any part of the labeling of, or the doing of any other act with respect to a hazardous substance is unlawful if the act results in the article being a misbranded hazardous substance or banned hazardous substance.
