§ 110775

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.

It is unlawful for any person to alter, mutilate, destroy, obliterate, or remove the label, or any part of the labeling, of any food if the act results in the food being misbranded.
