Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.
Any color additive shall be considered unsafe for use with respect to any cosmetic unless there is in effect a regulation adopted pursuant to Section 110090 that prescribes its use in cosmetics.
