(a)Handwashing sinks and warewashing sinks for unenclosed mobile food facilities shall be an integral part of the primary unit or on an approved auxiliary conveyance that is used in conjunction with the mobile food facility.
(b)Warewashing sinks for unenclosed mobile food facilities shall be equipped with overhead protection made of
wood, canvas, or other materials that protect the sinks from bird and insect droppings, dust, precipitation, and other contaminants.
