“Premises” means:
(a)The food facility, its contents, and the contiguous land or property and its facilities and contents that are under the control of the permitholder.
(b)The food facility, its contents, and the land or property not described in subdivision (a) if the facility and contents are under the control of the permitholder and may impact food facility personnel, facilities, or
operations.
