Ordinances, resolutions or regulations, now or hereafter in effect, of the governing body of a city or county relating to radioactive materials or other sources of radiation shall not be superseded by this chapter, provided that the ordinances or regulations are and continue to be consistent with the provisions of this chapter, amendments thereto, and regulations thereunder. No city or county shall require the payment of a fee in connection with the activities governed by Section 115065 when a fee is required by rules or regulations adopted pursuant to that

section, and no city or county shall require the payment of a fee in connection with the activities governed by Section 115080 when a fee is required by rules or regulations adopted pursuant to that section.
