Commencing July 1, 2026, and each July 1 thereafter, a report generated pursuant to this article shall be provided to the Legislature until the department has provided five annual reports and that report shall be made available to the public on the department’s internet website. The department shall continue to post the annual report to its internet website after the fifth annual report has been provided to the Legislature.
