§ 127400.5

Added by Stats. 2024, Ch. 511, Sec. 2. (AB 2297) Effective January 1, 2025.

For purposes of this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a)“Charity care” means free care.
(b)“Discounted payment” or “discount payment” means any charge for care that is reduced but not free.
