(a)(1) The department shall report the information it receives pursuant to this chapter in a form that allows valid comparisons across care delivery systems.
(2)The department shall develop policies and procedures to outline the format and type of data to be submitted pursuant to this chapter.
(b)All entities submitting health care data are responsible for submitting complete and accurate data directly to the system and facilitating data submissions from data owners, including, but not limited to, data feeds from pharmacy benefit managers, behavioral health organizations, and any subsidiaries,
affiliates, or subcontractors that a submitter has contracted with for services covered by this chapter.
