The State Fire Marshal or any local public entity shall not charge any fee for enforcing the provisions of Section 13143 or regulations adopted pursuant thereto with respect to facilities providing nonmedical board, room, and care for six or less children which are required to be licensed under the provisions of Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 1250) of Division 2.
