§ 1596.813

Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 1023, Sec. 166. Effective September 29, 1996.

The department shall adopt regulations regarding immunization requirements for children enrolled in family day care homes in accordance with Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 120325) of Part 2 of Division 105.
