For purposes of this chapter with regard to a redevelopment agency that becomes subject to this part pursuant to Section 34195, only references to “October 1, 2011,” and to the “operative date of this part” shall be modified in the manner described in Section 34191. All other dates shall be modified only as necessary to reflect the appropriate fiscal year or portion of a fiscal
year.
