§ 33376

Added by Stats. 1964, 1st Ex. Sess., Ch. 54.

Any ordinance adopted pursuant to this article adopting a redevelopment plan for the Crescent City disaster area, may be adopted as an emergency ordinance and shall not be subject to referendum.
