§ 38012

Amended by Stats. 2006, Ch. 538, Sec. 397. Effective January 1, 2007.

The Department of General Services shall review and approve contracts in accordance with Article 4 (commencing with Section 10335) of Chapter 2 of Part 2 of Division 2 of the Public Contract Code.
