§ 39710

Amended by Stats. 2013, Ch. 76, Sec. 117. (AB 383) Effective January 1, 2014.

For purposes of this chapter, “fund” means the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, created pursuant to Section 16428.8 of the Government Code.
