§ 41252

Added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 642, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1993.

The Mojave Desert district shall provide the officials of the San Bernardino County Employees Retirement Association, in the form prescribed by them, the data necessary to make retirement reports and maintain records required by law.
