§ 41261

Amended by Stats. 2000, Ch. 890, Sec. 26. Effective January 1, 2001.

The air pollution control officer (APCO) and designated deputies of the Mojave Desert District shall serve at the pleasure of the Mojave Desert district board, and shall receive the compensation that is determined by the Mojave Desert district board.
