§ 41302

Added by Stats. 2001, Ch. 163, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 2002.

The Antelope Valley district shall commence operations on January 1, 2002, and on that date shall assume the authority and duties of the Antelope Valley Air Pollution Control District which shall cease to exist on that date.
