§ 40124

Added by Stats. 1975, Ch. 957.

In any county having a system of civil service, the county district board shall, nevertheless, appoint the members of the county district hearing board and the air pollution control officer, and the air pollution control officer shall appoint all other officers and employees of the county district pursuant to that system, except as provided in Section 40126.
