§ 40751

Amended by Stats. 2010, Ch. 699, Sec. 29.5. (SB 894) Effective January 1, 2011.

Subject to the direction of the district board, the air pollution control officer shall appoint district personnel, including any deputies necessary for the prompt and faithful discharge of the air pollution control officer’s duties.
