§ 42308

Added by Stats. 1975, Ch. 957.

Within 30 days after a hearing has been requested pursuant to Section 42302, 42306, or 42307, the hearing board shall hold a hearing pursuant to Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 40800) of Part 3.
