§ 44382

Added by Stats. 1987, Ch. 1252, Sec. 1. Section operative July 1, 1988, pursuant to Section 44384.

Every district shall, by regulation, adopt the requirements of this part as a condition of every permit issued pursuant to Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 42300) of Part 4 for all new and modified facilities.
