§ 50650.35

Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 207, Sec. 1. (AB 2217) Effective January 1, 2023.
(a)In allocating grants to local public agencies or nonprofit corporations for new construction of home ownership units, the department shall consider setting higher per-unit and total project allocations based on local development costs when appropriate.
(b)The department shall consider adjustments to the maximum unit and project allocations for each new round of funding for new construction of home ownership units.
