§ 4639

Amended by Stats. 1963, Ch. 756.

The taxes required to be levied and collected by Section 4638 shall be in addition to all other taxes levied for city purposes and in addition to the taxes levied pursuant to Section 4640. The proceeds of such taxes shall be used for no purpose other than the payment of the principal and interest due on the bonds or series of the bonds.
