§ 4852

The resolution declaring the intention to annex territory to an existing zone shall describe the boundaries of the proposed annexation, declare that the district board finds that the additional territory will be benefited by the maintenance and operation of facilities in the zone, and set the time and place for a public hearing on the question of the annexation.
