§ 4887.5

Added by Stats. 1953, Ch. 694.

The board may by resolution change the name of any district to conform with a change in the street name or other designation which the district bears. The clerk shall file in the office of the county assessor and with the State Board of Equalization a certified copy of every such resolution, and upon such filing the name of the district shall be changed for all purposes.
