§ 4892

Enacted by Stats. 1939, Ch. 60.

The tax shall be levied and collected at the same time and in the same manner as general county taxes levied for county purposes and when collected shall be paid into the county treasury to the credit of the maintenance fund of the district and shall be used only in furtherance of the purposes of this chapter.
