§ 6463

Amended by Stats. 2025, Ch. 303, Sec. 21. (AB 1512) Effective January 1, 2026.

The ballots shall contain the words, “Shall the sanitary district be formed?” To the right of or below these words, the words “Yes” and “No” shall be printed on separate lines, with voting targets. The ballot shall also contain the names of the persons to be voted for at the election.
