The director may inspect, reinspect, or order the reinspection of any poultry meat or poultry meat food product which is being processed or stored in a plant that is licensed under this part. He shall condemn or order the condemnation of any such poultry meat or poultry meat product and poultry meat food product which is found to be unwholesome.
