§ 40577.3

Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 542, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 1995.

The entity shall keep an accurate record of expenses incurred in performing its responsibilities. Those records shall be available for audit during regular business hours upon request of the secretary.
