§ 40577.4

Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 542, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1995.

The secretary may require an entity to correct or cease any activity or function that is determined by the secretary not to be in the public interest, or that is in violation of this chapter, and shall notify the entity in writing of these specific acts.
