§ 58040

Repealed (in Sec. 1) and added by Stats. 1987, Ch. 1480, Sec. 2. Section operative January 1, 1990, by its own provisions.

The director may improve, broaden, and extend in every practicable way, the distribution and sale of any product of this state throughout the markets of the world.

This section shall become operative January 1, 1990.
