§ 12818

Amended by Stats. 2003, Ch. 741, Sec. 64. Effective January 1, 2004.

If renewal is not applied for within one calendar month after the expiration of a registration, a penalty as prescribed by the director pursuant to Section 12812 shall be added to the registration fee.
