§ 12836.5

Added by Stats. 2005, Ch. 612, Sec. 7. Effective January 1, 2006.

The director shall accept applications for registration of pesticide products containing a new active ingredient concurrently with the application to the United States Environmental Protection Agency. The application for registration must include all data and information that meet the requirements of this chapter.
