§ 20062

Amended by Stats. 1994, Ch. 923, Sec. 144. Effective January 1, 1995.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this part, the terms of office of commissioners of the board in all districts existing on January 1, 1969, shall be determined as provided in Section 10507 of the Elections Code, and the terms of office of commissioners of the board in all new districts shall be determined as provided in Section 10505 of the Elections Code.
