§ 20075

Enacted by Stats. 1939, Ch. 60.

The district board may pay for any real property it acquires for a police station out of money derived from the annual district tax, or out of money derived from a special tax approved by the voters in the district at an election. The procedure and conduct of an election for the approval of a special tax shall conform to that specified in this chapter for the approval of a special tax for the establishment and equipment of a police department.
