§ 40391

Added by Stats. 1975, Ch. 957.

The withdrawal of a county, or portion thereof, shall not affect the functioning of other counties within the regional district, and such withdrawal shall not constitute a dissolution of the regional district.

The regional district shall continue to function in a manner not inconsistent with the provisions of this division.
