§ 40392

A board of supervisors shall give at least two months’ notice to the regional district board of its intention to withdraw the county, or portion thereof, from the regional district. A county, or portion thereof, shall not be withdrawn from a regional district during any fiscal year after the expiration of the first four months of the fiscal year.
