§ 50686

Amended by Stats. 1982, Ch. 1020, Sec. 10.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the department shall have all the powers granted to housing authorities pursuant to Part 2 (commencing with Section 34200) of Division 24 for the purpose of obtaining financial subsidies or assistance from any agency of the United States to provide leased housing pursuant to this chapter for persons requiring supportive services.
