§ 50687.5

Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 34, Sec. 29. (SB 1009) Effective June 27, 2012.

The department, after consultation with the State Department of Developmental Services, the Department of Rehabilitation, or the State Department of Health Care Services, may adopt, amend or repeal regulations for the administration of this chapter.

The department shall submit applications for federal housing subsidies for persons requiring supportive services.
