§ 12823

Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 361, Sec. 39. Effective January 1, 1997.

A change in the name or percentage, or both, of an inert ingredient is not a change in composition of the pesticide that requires a new registration unless the change in inert material results in a change in the use or application of the pesticide.
