§ 100886

Amended by Stats. 2022, Ch. 258, Sec. 109. (AB 2327) Effective January 1, 2023. Operative January 1, 2024, pursuant to Sec. 130 of Stats. 2022, Ch. 258.

Any person who operates a laboratory for the purposes specified in Section 25198, 25298.5, 78510, or 116390 of this code, or Section 13176 of the Water Code, shall report the full and complete results of all detected contamination and pollutants to the person or entity that submitted the material for testing.
