§ 100920

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1996.

Fees and civil penalties collected under this article shall be deposited in the Environmental Laboratory Improvement Fund, that is hereby created. Moneys in the fund shall be available for expenditure by the department for the purposes of this article, upon appropriation by the Legislature.
