§ 100900

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1996.

The remedies provided by this article are cumulative and shall not be construed as restricting any remedy, provisional or otherwise, provided by law for the benefit of any party, and no judgment under this article shall preclude any party from obtaining additional relief based upon the same facts.
